The team at Ease has consistently been kind, responsive, and dedicated to resolving any issues we’ve encountered along the way. Its optional AI features have also helped our clinicians with insurance reviews and appeals. **What do you dislike about Ease?** There is no offline mode. We often serve clients in rural areas where there is little or no internet access. This means we cannot access EASE to view or work in client charts during these visits. **What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the prebuilt workflows, our users can simply choose what they need to do, and all the necessary forms automatically populate for them. This has helped us keep our charts more complete, with fewer missing forms overall. ### 2. The reporting is the best I've experienced, and their ambient documentation handles most of the clinical work for me, which is much more than a simple transcription tool. I also love the HIPAA-compliant check-in feature which my clinicians appreciate, and it offers peace of mind as no PHI is shared in chat GPT. Additionally, the setup process was the simplest implementation I've been through with quick data migration and on-site training. The HIPAA-compliant chat is great for writing prior off letters, enabling us to see more patients, and the reporting gives me a better understanding of my organization while keeping us compliant. **What do you dislike about Ease?** The configuration took some getting use to but the staff was very hands on **What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease provides AI features quickly and integrates admissions, clinical, and billing into a single system.
