**What do you like best about eagerworks?**

-  We are able to share the vision for our projects together from a high level and the eagerworks team not only seamlessly aligns with the vision but takes the time to challenge our assumptions to ensure we are making the best decisions for our company.
- Eagerworks takes a holistic approach to development and seeks to understand the business first and align with the goals of the organization
- It was very easy to integrate our teams to create an efficient workflow and take the lead in organizing our efforts together from a project management perspective.
- Since they are based in South America, the ability to have them in a similar timezone (+1 hour) has been instrumental in our ability to stay connected and always have flexibility for us to have work sessions together

**What do you dislike about eagerworks?**

- They don't have a physical presence in the US yet

**What problems is eagerworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hipstr® is a marketplace for event services, where anyone planning an event can shop, pay, plan, and organize their event vendors all in one place.  Eagerworks has been or primary development partner and instrumental in developing this platform. The platform covers numerous aspects of our business from our web presence including our main website down to our individual landing pages and all the way through to our backend system. They have been instrumental in helping us to grow our business.
