It is really easy to use as far as their spot loads board and their integration with EDI and the internal software is great! **What do you dislike about E2Open Global Trade Application Suite?** I would like to be able to set up an automatic bidding system that once somebody outbids you, the system would still put a lower bid automatically for you till it reaches the bottom amount you set up. **What problems is E2Open Global Trade Application Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us a lot on a daily basis. The EDi integration is fantastic and it can enter loads for you automatically. ### 2. It's efficient and easy to use. With most ports built in you can easily search within and find the port you need. I like being able to add notes to my shipments and how you are able to check the status of a shipment within this program. It's a great program and user friendly! **What do you dislike about E2Open Global Trade Application Suite?** I wish it didn't go unresponsive so much. Sometimes it will freeze up when searching back a month of files or so, which takes up a lot of time and sometimes you end up having to completely restart the program because you've waited so long. It would be great if we could search faster and not have it freeze up. Overall it's a great program though! **Recommendations to others considering E2Open Global Trade Application Suite:** I would recommend others to use this program as I found it easy to use and learn! I had never used it before and caught on quick. It's very user friendly. It gets the job done and helps you do shipments fast and efficiently! **What problems is E2Open Global Trade Application Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** BluJay is great for checking the status of shipments you've submitted to customs. For example if a shipment goes on hold we are able to find out on BluJay and get a hold of customs to see what is going on. By being able to do so we can get the shipment released faster before storage fees add-on. It also helps us to add parts into the CAT for customers so that we are able to have those on file with tariffs.
