E1 (EstimateOne) Reviews & Product Details

E1 (EstimateOne) is construction tendering software for commercial builders, subcontractors, and suppliers. It's where Australian tendering happens. Builders use E1 to split drawings into trade packages, invite subbies, push addenda, and track trade coverage in real time, so you get to market faster with less chasing. Subbies search live tenders by trade and location, download packages, and send quotes straight to the estimator. Build a profile, get found by top builders, and win more work. Suppliers track where their products are specified across live tenders, then get in early, before the spec is locked in. Built by a commercial estimator who lived the pain points, E1 has been the industry standard for 17+ years, and is now active in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Over 900 builders, 50,000+ subbies, and 7,000+ suppliers are on the network. In 2025, head contractors posted 24,000 tenders worth $354 billion on E1.
