We've been using this platform for about a year to handle our e-commerce business - particularly when it comes to tracking and reviewing orders - more so for our customer service agents - to give the customer an idea on where a shipped itme is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we use this program for a specific purpose with an API, we really haven't utilized everything E-Courier has to offer. If there is anything negative, there does seem to be a slight delay on the status updates.
