They took time to undertsnd the specific requirement of client then according to that their consultants will gve solution. Its consultants have high expertise in observability, APM and infrastructure monitoring, etc section. **What do you dislike about Dynatrace Consulting Services?** I can't say that I dislike it but its consulting service is little expensive compare to others. But yeah the have good customer support. **Recommendations to others considering Dynatrace Consulting Services:** Overall it is a great observability tool, anyone can take its consulting service if they want to improve their performance, reliability and security of their application or infrastructure, **What problems is Dynatrace Consulting Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dynatrace Consulting Service helps us to solve number of problems related to Application performance monitoring, Infrastructutre monitoring, and observability etc. Through the help of dynatrace now we can reduce our downtime of applications, it improves our client satisfaction rate. ### 2. We usually use this to monitor logs and alerts in case of failures ### 3. We monitored approximately 16 web applications using 8 databases on the back end. We used Dynatrace for about a year before we moved to app dynamics. **What do you like best about Dynatrace Consulting Services?** Dynatrace was amazing for our team on monitoring our applications. When we moved to the cloud, most of the control that our developers had was taken away. We no longer had direct access to log files, database monitoring tools, etc... Once we had Dynatrace we were able to troubleshoot production issues again. Dynatrace was excellent for tracking down issues, monitoring traffic on our websites, troubleshooting performance issues. and seeing log files. The graphics made it very easy to see what was happening. **What do you dislike about Dynatrace Consulting Services?** Very expensive compared to other monitoring tools such as Appdynamics . Also, compared to Appdynamics, it was a little difficult to learn. Dynatrace's interface could use a little improvement. **Recommendations to others considering Dynatrace Consulting Services:** Easy to work with and helps you set up your project. **What problems is Dynatrace Consulting Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall, Dynatrace is a great product and highly recommended. I can't really say if i'd choose appdynamics over dynatrace, they both are great and do what we needed them to do. Dynatrace allowed us to see why our websites were performing very slowly, especially during peak hours of the day/month when multiple databases have load updates. This allowed us to see what data processes were affecting our websites through database monitorying on the tool. ### 5. Smartscape Topology feature is awesome. **What do you dislike about Dynatrace Consulting Services?** By now, you can´t setup conversion goals for monitored Mobile Applications.
