## About Dylan Hirsch
I started my career in 2012 working for Sovereign Brands and the Berish family. I worked in marketing operations for Armand de Brignac, and was a senior project manager for the launch of Luc Belaire Rare Rose and Bumbu Rum brands. These brands are valued at over $100M+ today, and I was able to work first hand with the C-suite and an international sales team, operations teams, and creative teams to help make it happen. I then founded my own hemp business, raising venture capital and launching a DTC CBD brand in 2018, in the infancy of the legal hemp market. The company used social media marketing and pick and pack operation via the Shopify and Wix platforms. I worked as Creative Director for TALK WORKS, a premiere Amazon Vendor and exclusive Amazon Accelerator Brand. I ran the 3D studio where we launch hundreds of new consumer electronic products each year. I oversaw content creation, digital marketing distribution, performance tracking, project management, and more. I am currently working as Marketing Director for Sanders Collection, a family of 12 brands in the home textile industry. During my career, I have built a network of experts in almost every facet of e-commerce business development. I lend my expertise in digital technology, investor relations, creative management, and more.
