Everything done related to that phone number gets recorded in the system. I love the ability to click on the phone number and it rings to my phone, no more dialing the wrong number. If you click the wrong thing or type a mistake, there is no correcting it. I wish the emails to clients and prospects looked more modern. They look like they are from the 90s. Love that it shows who's calling in and even opens their accounts up when we answer their calls. Time is money, so any time we can save is a winner in our book. Their sales guy who just calls himself JR has been spamming me sales emails for many many months. I have repeatedly told him to stop emailing me but he just keeps it up. And the emails have no direct way to opt-out. A complete violation of can-spam laws. Never do business with a company who refuses to respect your privacy and communication requests on the front end.
