Duployé Reviews & Product Details

Duployé writes the minutes of meetings held around a table: team meetings, construction site meetings, client appointments, steering committees, interviews, general assemblies, city councils, works councils. Record with the laptop placed on the table or with the phone app, or import a recorder file. Duployé transcribes in French, separates and names the speakers, captures decisions, votes and action items with their owner and due date, then drafts the minutes following the meeting's template. Every sentence is linked to its passage in the recording: check it in one click, correct it, then export to Word with your organization's letterhead or to PDF. Data is hosted in France and recordings are encrypted; the Duployé team only accesses them with the customer's consent.
