Dueo Reviews & Product Details

dueo is a rent reward programme for social landlords (to reduce late and unpaid rent, for example by rewarding tenants at risk they choose), managed rental (build-to-rent, student residences, co-living: keep good tenants longer) and property managers (one more service for their landlords). Every rent that arrives on time earns the tenant points. After three on-time months in a row the points unlock, and the tenant swaps them for gift cards chosen in the app, with 12 months to use them. A late payment before that cancels the pending points: no penalty for the tenant, and the manager pays nothing for that home that month. The manager chooses who takes part and at what rate, can start in the middle of a tenancy without changing the lease, and can stop at any time without notice or fees. dueo is in early access; the first 6 months are free.
