DriveSync Reviews & Product Details

DriveSync is driving school management software built for South Africa. It replaces paper diaries and WhatsApp booking groups with one system that owners, office staff, instructors and learners all log in to. Book a lesson in under a minute: DriveSync suggests the instructor by availability, the right car for the licence code and distance to the pickup, and stops double bookings. It covers every licence code, from A1 motorcycles to Code 14, and pairs EB, EC1 and EC lessons only with a car that can tow and a free trailer. Money works the way it arrives: cash at the car, EFT later, packages paid up front, all recorded against the right lesson. Every learner gets their own login to see upcoming lessons, lesson history and what they owe. Schools set their own prices per code, booking rules, staff permissions and WhatsApp messages. Plans start at R349 a month with a 14-day free trial.
