Whatsapp Business Suite Reviews & Product Details

WABizSuite is a business messaging platform built on the WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API) that lets teams manage customer conversations, marketing campaigns, and automated workflows from a single dashboard. The platform includes a shared team inbox for two-way WhatsApp conversations, with conversation assignment, internal notes, and role-based access for multiple team members. It supports bulk campaign sending using Meta-approved message templates, with audience segmentation by lists, tags, and custom attributes, campaign scheduling, and delivery/read tracking. WABizSuite includes a visual, no-code chatbot builder for creating automated conversation flows with conditional branching and actions that update contact records, as well as rule-based automation for greeting messages, away replies, business-hours responses, and keyword-triggered replies. Multi-step drip sequences can be triggered by time delays, contact actions, or attribute changes. It also supports WhatsApp Flows for building in-chat forms and data-collection experiences, a product catalog feature for browsing and ordering inside a WhatsApp conversation, and click-to-WhatsApp ad integration for Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Contact management includes CSV import/export, custom attributes, and automatic opt-out/resubscribe handling. Reporting covers message delivery, campaign performance, template usage, and team activity. Accounts can connect multiple WhatsApp Business numbers, with a designated primary number for automated messages and separate templates/webhook configuration per number. A REST API and webhook events allow integration with external systems, alongside integrations such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Zapier.
