**What do you like best about Dreamtown Academy?**

With the DreamTown Academy, I was able to pick and choose between a number of specifically designed courses and found the course to become a broker to be truly informative, along with a certificate at the end. Giving 75 hours of full in depth learning, testing and real world examples. 

**What do you dislike about Dreamtown Academy?**

What I disliked the most from DreamTown Academy was that when completing finals and tests, some of them were at different locations which became confusing. A great concept of an academy that utilizes a great city, but needs to centralize. 

**What problems is Dreamtown Academy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From the knowledge I earned from DreamTown Academy, I was able to gain insight of clients data, past present and future and develop plans to grow wealth with them.

**What do you like best about Dreamtown Academy?**

This is an excellence opportunity to gain new leads in the realty field. It also makes the license renewal a smoother process. 

**What do you dislike about Dreamtown Academy?**

The commission split is low compared to alternatives. You have to work extra hard to acquire and keep clients. 

**Recommendations to others considering Dreamtown Academy:**

Realize that you still need to support yourself and guidance is not always readily available. 

**What problems is Dreamtown Academy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This gets rid of overhead. It also eliminates a  middle man and front office.
