Noit impressed.... **What do you dislike about Dreamstime?** Lockedout/signed out of my accoutn and couldn;t get back in as I couldn;t remember the damn passoword...Spent the last 3 days trying every password I know I have used...and have finally managed to et back into my account....but it has been reset to 0 downsloads...I had a surplus waiting till I needed them for the chrissy rush...All gone???? WTF???? If I have needed assistance by a person, the phone call has been answered quickly. If I have sent an email query, the response has also been quick AND there has always been the option to talk to a person.
