Dozz Reviews & Product Details

Dozz is a cloud-based asset and inventory management platform that uses QR codes to track physical assets throughout their lifecycle. Users tag equipment, furniture, and inventory with QR labels and update records by scanning with a mobile device, replacing manual spreadsheet tracking. The platform includes asset registration, location and category tracking, fixed asset depreciation calculation (straight-line, declining balance, and capital allowance methods), audit-ready reporting, and role-based permissions. It is built for small and mid-sized organisations, including offices, schools, clinics, and other operations that need to track equipment without a dedicated IT asset management team. Dozz is offered on a subscription basis with tiered plans differentiated by usage limits, and includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Dozz is a UK-based company, with infrastructure hosted in Germany.
