**What do you like best about Doximity Talent Finder?**

Largely handsoff once the contract is signed. Requirements are spelled out and expectations are set and met according to contract requirements. Extensive flexibility with vetting characteristics

**What do you dislike about Doximity Talent Finder?**

Process is not necessarily transparent, website is archaic. The pricing is for a premium product. They deliver, but this is only suitable for certain clients willing to pay.

**Recommendations to others considering Doximity Talent Finder:**

Only for specific talent fulfillment with a lot of requirements for background/credentials/vetting

**What problems is Doximity Talent Finder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contact center new hire vetting and acquisition with an emphasis on industry specific use cases, in our instance that means DOD or government specialities. High quality candidates to reduce turnover
