Best vendor of medical line.This program  Offered a lot of time saving and money saving thing in medical line

**What do you like best about UHC Solutions?**

Very easy to find patient details medical benefits easy to taken pre authorization from portal took less time to processing payment

**What do you dislike about UHC Solutions?**

Some time vendor issue a letter to prepayment review of  complete Medical notes from us . During the Upload of notes on portal facing issue

**Recommendations to others considering UHC Solutions:**

Biggest vendor of medical services offered handsome amount to provider and easy to get details information from portal no need to b waste time on long hold on call if you have portals

**What problems is UHC Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this for our urgent care center. Best part U have details infomercial of every single claims

This program helps provide us with eligibility, benefits, and prior authorizations for our customers. 

**What do you like best about UHC Solutions?**

I like how easy it is to verify eligibility and that you can search for patients without a policy number.

**What do you dislike about UHC Solutions?**

There seems to be glitches a lot and the website is down more than we care for. It also messes up a lot when we are finishing surveys for prior authorizations. 

**Recommendations to others considering UHC Solutions:**

Be prepared for long hold times with the system is down!
