Many of the assessments don't happen with camera so, it is impossible for the examiner to catch the malpractice. **What problems is DoSelect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Doselect platform helps to assess students and employees. I have attempted many tests in this platform and scored good marks. ### 2. Sometimes users get confused while giving assessments. **What problems is DoSelect solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a recuitment platform, We use DoSelect in the screening round, we make tech assessment and it helps us in identifying the strengths and weakness of the candidates, we also share a skill gap report with the employer where we identify in what all areas the candidate need to work in order to be industry ready, we collect this data from DoSelect and make a report on skill gap and share it with employer as well as the candidates so that candidate can work on the skill difference and the employee is aware of the gaps. ### 3. And also to conduct different coding assessments. **What do you dislike about DoSelect?** The performance of the platform can be improved. Sometimes it takes more time in page loading. The system is very well protected and systematic which makes it trustable. You are required to open the PC/Laptop camera while coding the questions asked. This is something not discovered in other platforms. Compared to other skill test platforms, it performs better in the candidate authentication part. **What do you dislike about DoSelect?** The quality of questions asked in the hiring test needs to improve. Based on my personal experience, the questions asked in Python and SQL were very basic. One can even memorize and submit the answers. It can easily be found on the official documentation with a simple google search. The questions must test the understanding and the intellect of the candidates than rote learning. Only by asking a very unique set of questionsIt can create a brand that makes it the go-to platform. **What problems is DoSelect solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was directed to it for Cutshort's python certification exam and Fractal's SQL analytics and python+SQL hiring test. But few suggestions that i would like to enhance the platform are , the quantity of problems should be increased. Variety of questions can be increased. **Recommendations to others considering DoSelect:** Well overall quality of problems and platform is decent .
