DokladBot Reviews & Product Details

DokladBot is accounting software that processes financial records via WhatsApp. Users send receipt photos and document uploads, and the system extracts vendor details, transaction amounts, and tax rates automatically. Documents are categorized and recorded instantly, eliminating manual data entry. The software generates invoices with QR payment codes, supports nine currencies, and uses exchange rates from the Czech National Bank. It integrates with Czech accounting platforms Pohoda, Money S3, and ABRA Flexi, transferring processed data seamlessly. DokladBot connects to eight Czech banks to import transactions and match them with invoices for reconciliation. Features include inventory tracking, payroll calculations with tax withholdings, VAT reporting tools, and reminders for payment deadlines. Records are stored in an eleven-year GDPR-compliant archive with six daily backups. Financial summaries and expense reports are available on demand, and customer support is provided in Czech.
