**What do you like best about Smore?**

Smore surveys glide seamlessly and exude elegance, much like a meticulously crafted Swiss timepiece. While offering a plethora of versatile pre-designed templates, I must admit that the default design is already flawlessly appealing. Its contemporary and streamlined appearance, marked by a tasteful minimalism, is truly a work of art. As a brand that places a significant emphasis on the visual appeal of our published materials, spanning from websites to forms and even emails, Smore effortlessly meets and exceeds all of our aesthetic criteria.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

I wish for it to be well-optimized for viewing on PCs and tablets, but unfortunately, Smore currently lacks support for full-screen mode.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, aesthetics hold the utmost significance. Unless we undertake the task ourselves, it’s often a challenge to come across something that aligns with our standards. Smore has proven to be a remarkable solution, conserving a substantial amount of our resources. Without it, we would have likely chosen to develop customer surveys in-house. This product has truly captured our appreciation.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

We primarily use Smore to build quizzes that act as lead magnet contents on their own. Really fun, viral quizzes and a question at the end to collect their email addresses. Because Smore’s interface is so interactive, users enjoy it and actually finish it. Then we’re able to direct them to our website, and increase awareness of our brand. Smore is a powerful marketing tool that any smart marketer will be able to benefit significantly from.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

If you want to create a basic quiz, it’s super easy and effortless. If you want to build a really high quality project that you can reuse over an extended period of time, then you need to explore the tool a bit more. It takes time to get used to it.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Smore as a marketing tool. It’s great for creating viral quizzes for Facebook. Because Smore is so shareable, it can expand beyond Facebook and to other social media platforms very easily.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

I need a survey tool that measures the drop-off rate per question and duration time. I looked for a solution that had these two features, found Smore and decided to use it without doing any further research becaue it looked great. And it has been great. It has everything I need and so far, I haven't really found anything to be missing. 

+ I really like their new hidden field feature.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

A suggestion I have for the Smore team is an AI assistant for validating the questions and the authenticity of the survey, making sure that there is no implicit bias. It would be really helpful.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smore lets you collect unlimited number of responses & create unlimited number of forms. That's my favorite aspect. I don't need to be consciously looking over my shoulder about going over the quota and being charged more.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

I shamefully admit that we used Google Forms for our small business for the first few years. But it is not a secure way to collect personal information, and we had to use another order solution. That meant our data was scattered across different platforms and it was getting tedious to manage. We first used Smore to build shoppable quiz, then found out that we could also use it to build order forms. The data is very securely managed, and it has a privacy policy feature which takes care of the legal aspects.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

For processing large volume orders, Smore doesn't have a lot of integrations to allow for full automation. I'm waiting for the updates, the ones I need are listed on their website product roadmap.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

I've always felt like there is so much opportunity missed by showing a simple 'thank you' message at the end of a customer feedback form. The customer has spent a lot of their time filling a form out, and they run into a cold dead-end. I was ecstatic to find a product who saw it from my perspective. Submission pages are like a microsites with Smore, and you can build a customized landing page for the survey respondents depending on their responses. For example, if someone has expressed dissatisfaction in one area of your product, you can redirect them to an article or a page in your help center. This saves us so much time because all of this is automatic and when following up with the customers, we don't need to waste time addressing the basic stuff.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

There is a word limit for the header section, which would be great if it could be increased.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It removes the dead-end to the feedback experience for our customers, and makes our customers feel much more heard. For us, it saves a lot of resources and time by covering basic and tedious information sharing.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

Usually, the survey form is often cliche. This is because it really fits only the dictionary definition of 'survey'. Unsurprisingly, users also had no idea about such forms. However, Smore is a new type of service that has completely shattered those stereotypes. Just as you keep looking for Smore once you eat it, so does this survey. Through interactive experiences that were not felt in previous surveys, users can feel as if they are playing a game just by responding to the survey. If my company's survey tool was Smore, I would have spent all my working hours just doing the survey. It's basic to have a pretty form, so I won't bother to mention it.
The results obtained through these survey tools will naturally be much better than those in general surveys, which will also make it convenient for those who conduct data analysis.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

Finding Smore's shortcomings is similar to asking for harsh criticism of the cuisine of a Michelin three-star restaurant. Yes. I don't think there's a big drawback in Smore.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the form itself is basically dynamic and interactive, the answer is very often to the end even though it is a long questionnaire. This meant that data analysts were able to gather more input in receiving consumer complaints, meaning it would be easier to produce the intended results.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

The tool is super easy to use. It's boosted the productivity for customer feedback collection. Smore has many templates that have fantastic designs which we just use without much modification. On top of surveys, you can also build interactive quizzes which has been great for user engagement. We publish weekly knowledge level test quizzes that our customers look forward to, and it starts dialogue among our users. It's been great for customer relationship building and community building.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

We've been using Smore for almost a year now and there hasn't been any major dissatisfactions. It's a simple tool that creates meaningful outcomes.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to engage our users in so many different ways thanks to Smore. Asking for customer feedback is always a careful process because you don't want to bother them and annoy them. But Smore gives us more confidence because we know that the customer experience won't be harmed.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

I want to provide personalized concierge experience for my customers at the lowest possible resource input for me. My priorities are in this order: providing a supreme customer experience from a customer centric perspective, being an easy and lightweight tool for me, and generating high volume of needs. I use Smore as a diagnostic/consulting form to send out to my clients. And it meets all three of my criteria. It has contributed so much to increasing my business efficiency and generating leads that lead directly to revenue.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

At the moment, I can't really think of anything that I disliked about Smore. I'm pretty happy with all its features bc it covers everything I need. There's nothing I found lacking in Smore when compared to other form builders.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a solopreneur, this just clears out so much headspace for me. If I can get rid of 2, 3 items to not worry about among my daily tasks, it increases my efficienty 10x. I've built an automated funnel using Smore and its integration features. Lifesaver.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

Smore has been a very useful tool. We were first using it as a marketing tool, to build viral quizzes or raffle events. Then we discovered that Smore actually works really well as a form builder and expanded the way we use it. The best element is that we can reflect our branding elements into it very freely.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

We're looking forward to shopify integration. As an e-commerce platform, it's the most powerful and useful integration. I've asked the team about it and received assurance from the team!

We are an e-commerce platform and Smore is embedded into our website footer to collect leads from vendors who want to add their product to our site. Smore has allowed us to automate the lead generation process, while providing a positive experience to our potential partners. We're only able to ask questions to our vendors that segments them.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

I think it's one of the best products I've come across recently. The tool is easy and intuitive to use, and the forms look phenomenal. I'm blown away by how awesome Smore forms are. It's really interactive and my favorite feature is the slider. When you slide the button all the way to the end, It throws confettis. I really appreciate details like these embedded all across the product. 

Plus, their tech support is superb. I don't think I've ever come across tech support that's as nice and fast to act than Smore team.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

Integration availability are fairly limited, but I've been told that many will soon be updated.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smore has inspired so much creativity in me. I can now experiment with various different interactions and content ideas, and attach them to customer feedback surveys. The have a lot of logics that make building quizzes and complex matching systems really easy to build. I recommend this to anyone who wants to communicate with their customers in a differentiated way.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

First of all, Smore allows you to collect unlimited number of responses and build unlimited number of surveys. There are limits to features you can use depending on your plan, but it's still the best in terms of pricing. I absolutely love the attention to detail this product has. The interactions are seamless and so smooth, and it really impressed all our customers. Our customers really appreciate the extra care and effort we put in when asking for their feedback. You can customize it a lot too. I cannot recommend this product more. Keep up the good work, team!

Not a lot, it really has everything I need in a survey builder. If I had to nitpick, it'd be good if I could increase the font size.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to collect user feedback on our app. Smore is great because it's mobile friendly and embeds beautifully on our app. When you attach other forms, it redirects you out of the app and creates negative customer experience. Using Smore's design customization feature, we can make the feedback form look like a part of the app. It doesn't disrupt the flow and actually has increased the number of feedbacks our users submit on a monthly basis.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

Smore was extremely fun, yet very easy to use at the same time.
The various templates were very helpful for me to create surveys in a short period of time, and the degree of freedom really allowed me to put my identity into the survey.
The system is very interactive and user-friendly, and I was also able to get a lot of help and valuable feedback through their team for my survey.
This helped my respondents better understand my work and give valuable feedback, something I could never get it done right with Google Form.
I had people answer my survey offline as well, and I was surprised to see how engaged and entertained people were to answer my questions.
Instead of storming through the questions to get it done with, I had people doing the same survey multiple times because they wanted to see the other pages and results.
Smore genuinely adds a whole new depth of value that you cannot find anywhere else.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

All of the features are fun and easy to use, but I would like to have more options available for fonts.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surveys always felt like doing homework.
The respondents often see it as time consuming and boring, so it's extremely difficult to get many responses, let alone meaningful feedback.
I always felt very restricted when creating one as well, as the options were too limited to make it less boring.
Often times, I had to send out surveys knowing well ahead that it would not be able to generate meaningful outcomes.

I believe Smore resolves all those problems at both ends.
- If you're making the survey, you have access to tons of templates and options to make your survey unique. You'll find yourself willingly putting in more time and effort to give your survey your identity, similar to when you are creating your very own video game character.
- If you're the respondent, you'll be amazed to see how entertaining answering surveys can be. It will feel as if you were telling a review of a fun movie that you just came out of.

1. Best part is that everything is non-coding. So anyonce can build his/her interactive survey in whatever format he/she wants easily and quickly.

2. The survey screen size automatically adjusts to the device, which is really conveninent since I don't have to worry how it will show in different platforms.

3. Survey Analytics are already provided, which enables the user to think what deeper insights he/she can get.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

No downsides but rather I would give recommendations to Smore.

1. Maybe it would be nice to embed an automatic recommendation system for the survey questions that the user writes down. So if a user writes a question, SMORE analyze the question and recommend a better way to phrase the question that will increase the reply % (something like CHAT GPT recommendation)

2. The analytics can be a bit more deeper and data scientific. Currently, the analytics is only descriptive (which is not bad). Maybe figuring out a way to provide a prescriptive / predictive analysis through the analytics service can be a X-factor.

The reply % when survey is sent out is the biggest problem. Because surveys made with traditional platform are really not fun to play with, it didn't have the X-factor to drive people into the survey itself, thereby decreasing the reply %. 

However, SMORE provides an interactive survey which actually can make people feel like playing a game while doing the survey. This motivates and drives in the people, thereby increasing the reply %.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

Smore has really strong and powerful analytics. Every other form builder I've seen has a pretty basic data summary feature. It just visualizes the statistics for the responses. But Smore's analytics shows me the CTR, the referrer, and the drop-off flow of every form I build. This is extremely helpful and useful for optimizing my surveys. From my first interaction, I sensed this company's heartfelt mission to not just alleviate, but genuinely comprehend users' pain points. Their thoughtful, nuanced approach translates to a service that is so much more than just a tool; it's a personalized solution tailored to individual needs. It's this remarkable empathy and depth of understanding that transformed me into a true fan. They have created a service where the aim is not just to meet expectations, but to surpass them, demonstrating an extraordinary dedication to the customer.

Can't edit multiple forms simultaneously

We conduct large-scale customer feedback surveys. And as every person who has ever done a customer survey knows, it's so hard to get people to answer. We're always thinking of ways to optimize our surveys, so we're distributing it to the right audience and the survey flow is not too uncomfortable for the respondents. Usually, that takes a lot of guess work. With Smore, we were able to track the actual data and make data-based decisions.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

Used it to create sign-up forms for corporate events. 
Best way to offer a luxurious customer experience at a budget. It really made our customers/attendees feel like they were attending a special event. 

The forms are very customizable, but it actually looks very nice without having to customize it very much. Just used one of their templates which already had beautiful graphics included.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

It's mobile-friendly which is nice, but would also like a PC layout to be offered. It shows up a bit narrowly on a PC screen.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a small business owner. Sales is difficult, customer satisfaction and customer experience is critical. And also resources are very limited. If we can provide a slightly differentiated something, it can convert to a huge win. Doing a bit more to make the customers feel valued. 

Smore forms does exactly that. I use Smore to build all our event registration forms now. It's very appealing and attractive. And I don't need to do anything more to achieve that. I just use their templates and modify the questions a little, and I have a fully customized form that looks like I built it from scratch. It might not feel like much to have a beautiful and interactive form, instead of a plain one. But it ties everything about your brand and your customer service together. If you need that differentiating factor to give you an edge for your brand, this is highly effective.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

It's fun to make and fun to use. I've used a lot of Google forms for work and school, and they just end up looking and feeling so boring - no matter what I do.

Smore is just a lot more interactive and fun, and that results in more answers.

+ their team & CS is great, very responsive & helpful.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

It would be nice to see maybe a limited or preview version of the data that I collect before moving to the paid plan. A limited trial or reduced version of the analytics might have been a good touch.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really tough to get feedback from customers or after events. Half of the reason for that I think is no one wants to do another survey that feels like it is just meant for someone else (the person receiving the analytics) and there is often little thought or care/effort put into the actual receiver or person filling out the form.

By making the forms a lot easier and more fun to go through - as well as making the process of making the form simple and easy to use, it's both been time saving as well as getting better responses.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

When it comes to polls or surveys in Korea, Google Forms or Typeform makes it hard to give the aesthetic / linguistic format tailored to companies targeting the MZ generations. Smore forms drastically improves the completion rate of every survey we have conducted with our customers.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

Nothing to dislike yet - but if i were a dev for Smore, I would consider gradually adding more customer-targetted SaaS tools / plug-in / communication tools to contribute to company's scalability - where the company could use Smore for more than surveys.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage database for artists. When it comes to communicating with artists, it's always important to give clear directions (UI/UX) with clear and kind languages, and has to be cool. Google Forms or Typeform makes it difficult for artists but it is easier when using Smore.

Smore is an exceptional survey software that exceeded all our expectations. The tool is user-friendly and highly valuable for data collection and analytics. The freemium option allowed us to fully explore and test the tool without any limitations, providing us with a great experience before committing to a paid plan.

Throughout my experience using Smore, I have been consistently impressed by the continuous improvements made to the product.

Smore is an excellent survey tool, particularly for customer-focused surveys. I initially used the free plan and found it to be sufficient for my needs. However, as I became more familiar with the platform, I desired access to its advanced design customization features and upgraded to a paid plan. I have been extremely satisfied with Smore ever since.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

Smore surveys are smooth and beautiful like a Swiss watch. It comes with a lot of versatile pre-designed templates, but quite frankly I found the default design already perfect. It's modern and sleek, and artful in its minimalism. Our brand is quite rather about the aesthetics of the materials we publish including website, forms and even emails. Smore satisfies all of our criteria.

I would like it to be optimized for PC/tablet view, but Smore does not support full screen view yet.

**What problems is Smore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aesthetics is the single most important thing for us. Unless we build it ourselves, we usually can't find something that meets our standards. Smore has saved so much of our resources, because without it, we would have opted to build customer surveys ourselves. Love the product.

**What do you like best about Smore?**

Smore offers a wide range of question types to suit various marketing objectives. I can build quizzes that test my audience's knowledge and offer a gamified experience. I can also build a product recommendation system that will direct my customers to the best product for them. I can build personality type tests too. What makes Smore superior to other form or quiz builders is its user experience. It's seamless and so smooth, and makes it much more enjoyable for my audience.

**What do you dislike about Smore?**

It doesn't have email automation integration or sending the respondents a copy of the response, which will take a large chunk out of the menial tasks I have to do.

It's a great way to distribute your content and organically collect leads at a high volume.

We created an interactive quiz to promote our new product and get people to sign up to the beta list. 
The quiz looks amazing and it instantly grabs people's attention. The animations and feedback make the experience interactive, which got people to finish the quiz and submit their leads. The best thing about Smore is that it is really share friendly. It really nudges people to share the quiz by making it seamless and easy. That made the quiz go viral on its own, and was phenomenally helpful.

Smore is phenomenal. It looks absolutely fantastic. And a little customization goes a long way. With such little resources, you can build a sharply impressive tool that can pierce through the survey fatigue and engage your customers. On top of that, because our customers love it too, we can deliver a better customer experience.

I had a lot of thoughts about how to get feedback from customers before using Smore. I especially hoped it wouldn't be a boring and obvious survey. It wasn't easy to get out of the other questionnaire forms that I used. But I used Smore, and I got feedback from users that it was "fun" and "fresh," and we were able to think about how we could impressively interact with our customers. Personally, it was very impressive that the Smore team actively consulted when setting it for the first time.

We are a B2B company, but due to the nature of the B2B contract, we are a little sensitive to survey because it is long-term and deeply related. I hope that Smore will create more forms in this regard.

Smore considers interaction with respondents important. It is not a typical and boring questionnaire for the questioner to ask unilaterally and give an answer, but it has the charm of making the respondent wonder about the response environment and expect the next screen.

We wanted to take people to different landing pages depending on their quiz result. I tried a few different tools which were all such a pain in the ass to build. But Smore's match test logic comes with a template that's a no brainer. Took me literally 15 minutes to build the quiz whereas I wrestled with another tool for 30 minutes and gave up with no success.

You can customize the URL but can't connect your own domain.

Goal for the business is to collect as many qualified leads as possible, as fast as possible. Smore form's logic allows me to map out different user types based on their responses, and segment them into different levels. It saves a lot of post-collection analysis time, because the leads are already analyzed and identified. So I can just download the list of eads with the highest score from analytics and follow-up with them.

Extremely user centric. Intuitive 
and intriguing UX.  It is both fun and easy to create a survey and analyze the result as a creator, but also interesting and easy to answer as a respondent.  The team's obsession to customer interviews and prompt product update is amazing!

They are not know to the people in the field of marketing, or to the ones who would like to communicate with their (potential) users in a truthful way.  Hope more people get to recognize smore and experience the journey i've had with them.

Smore's largest benefit, which actually solves my problem, is that it saves time to connect with the customers. Faster and easier to create survey form, and also more usable to customers to mark their responses - which leads to faster lead time of gathering customer data.  
A small company like us cannot afford massive market research and customer interviews, yet google form has its limits to gather meaningful customer insights.  Yet, Smore is a bridge between small companies and the customers who are willing to share their thoughts, supporting to creatie equity in market insights and information.

Smore has been a great tool for collecting honest and genuine feedback from my customers. It has changed the survey experience to feel like a conversation and meaningful communication. I love that although it is asynchronous communication, it feels synchronous to my customers thanks to Smore's UIUX. My customers feel valued while it's effortless for me. Customer feedback volume has increased 5 times since we adopted Smore. I don't think I'll ever switch to another form in the future because its pricing is very competitive too.

It's not a complex survey tool, so if you're conducting an acdemic research, Smore might not be the best. But I didn't have those needs.

Basically Smore gives you an option to talk to customers in a very well-integrated manner. Not only providing a beautiful tool, but also its powerful analytics function gives amazing insight about the customers.

You might be slightly confused when making your first form, since it is quite different from Google form, or Typeform. However, if you take about 10-15 minutes and play with the tool, you will soon realize that the way that you made form could not be the best way to build the tool.

We had to make a B2C online form in order to build first viral. Within the month, we had 140k users and made our first 1000 users for our service. Amazing experience, and it became most valuable SaaS tool for us.
