Find all of your documents in one place! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Rita Khan M. | Community Association Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2022 **What do you like best about DocuWiz?** DocuWiz has allowed our company to truly go paperless and have one place that we can go to in order to find our reports, notes and anything related to our clients and communities. **What do you dislike about DocuWiz?** In order to view the documents, you have to be logged in, which isn't a bad thing but it does take some time to log in and go through the sign in whereas if there was an option to view the documents without signing in, it wouls save some time. **Recommendations to others considering DocuWiz:** While there are multiple programs out there for cutting down on paper, this is by far the best program I have come across. It is easy to use and user friendly. Our team did not need to have extensive training and even the ones with little technology use were able to catch on quickly. **What problems is DocuWiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have discovered a world without paper as well as emails with attachments. DocuWiz allows for users to log in and view their reports/documents and any other information as desired. ### 4. Does what you need it to do. Other companies that build-in security and are able to verify the signer give a little bit more creditation to ensure no forging is going on. **What problems is DocuWiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think combining multiple documents into one has been a blessing. I used to have to go through this very tedious process to put them together and it would take way too long. ### 5. I really enjoy the drop share feature - I feel as though it increases efficiency tenfold. **What do you dislike about DocuWiz?** I dislike how not everyone will honor or accept the form, as well as the fact that there is a potential lack of verification for the origin of the document signer. **What problems is DocuWiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** The lack of verification of the origin for the signer is definitely an issue. Despite this, it is a very efficient way to obtain signatures for digital documents. ### 7. Some people were having issues opening and using the service once the document was sent via email. **What problems is DocuWiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to use this platform to transform the written documents.
