DocuWiz has allowed our company to truly go paperless and have one place that we can go to in order to find our reports, notes and anything related to our clients and communities. In order to view the documents, you have to be logged in, which isn't a bad thing but it does take some time to log in and go through the sign in whereas if there was an option to view the documents without signing in, it wouls save some time. Recommendations to others considering DocuWiz: While there are multiple programs out there for cutting down on paper, this is by far the best program I have come across. It is easy to use and user friendly. Our team did not need to have extensive training and even the ones with little technology use were able to catch on quickly. Simply and effective." 3.5/5 What do you like best about DocuWiz? I think they have mapped out the fastest ways to share documents and automate the approval process, which is always a challenge. Other companies that build-in security and are able to verify the signer give a little bit more creditation to ensure no forging is going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It is very convenient to send digital documents to people for approval on certain issues. I really enjoy the drop share feature - I feel as though it increases efficiency tenfold. I dislike how not everyone will honor or accept the form, as well as the fact that there is a potential lack of verification for the origin of the document signer.
