It is very simple to use and create templetes. I also love the interface. There are many knock-offs but nothing looks as clean as docusign itself. **What do you dislike about DocuSign Identify?** Honestly, there is very little to dislike. I think there are a few quirks on building templets that if you don't know would have them be annoying when people are filling in boxes and having to sign. **What problems is DocuSign Identify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has solved having to do everything in office. We had everything in office prior to covid but now with us living in a post covid world we are still able to use this remotely if we need to for our clients. ### 9. Uploading, sharing and checking the status of the electronic documents that need to be signed won't consume too much of your time. Notification feature is so helpful that if you are the creator of the electronic documents that required electronic signatures of the signatories because you can keep track who signed already and those who need to sign. The monitoring of the electronic documents is also another great feature of this software. Also, all parties involved in signing the documents will be informed as well when the documents were completely signed and you can also view the output through your email. This software is very useful in the current online learning set-up of our school. Overall, all types of users will enjoy using this software because the general design, functionalities and features of the software are user-friendly. The software is also functional on whatever device you want to open this application tool. **What do you dislike about DocuSign Identify?** My only concern in using this software is the online security for the signature of all users. There must be a way of making sure that all signatures in the documents to be signed were encrypted to prevent identity theft in the future.
