**What do you like best about DocuNet?**

It's so easy to sign documents. It sounds basic to me. After years of struggling with Adobe Sign and trying to teach its customers to use it, which was next to impossible, it's a breath of fresh air. Sometimes I actually send a document, the client opens it and signs it with just a few clicks. After that, it is recorded again and sent back to me.

**What do you dislike about DocuNet?**

Not able to upload multiple files at the same time in this web update. Its user interface is very bad due to which I find it very difficult to understand. If it can be improved a little bit, that would be great. Also, its support system is very useless.

**What problems is DocuNet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If seen, it has not solved any of my problems with thick. Because of which I am so tired of it
