Centrik Reviews & Product Details

Centrik is an aviation safety and compliance management platform used by airlines, MROs, business aviation operators, airports, and defence organisations in over 100 countries. Developed and supported by TrustFlight, Centrik provides the digital infrastructure teams need to manage safety, compliance, risk, training, and documentation in one connected system. At its core, Centrik is a safety management system (SMS) built to meet the demands of ICAO, EASA, FAA, and CAA regulatory frameworks. Safety teams use it to capture and investigate occurrences, manage hazards and risks, track corrective actions, and demonstrate a proactive safety culture across the organisation. The platform supports both reactive and predictive safety workflows, giving operators the data they need to identify trends before they become incidents. Beyond SMS and QMS (Quality Management System), Centrik covers the full range of operational management requirements. Key modules include: - Safety Management - Occurrence reporting, hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety performance monitoring - Compliance Management - Audit scheduling, findings management, corrective action tracking, and regulatory compliance oversight - Document Management - Controlled distribution of manuals, procedures, and operational documents with version tracking and acknowledgement workflows - Risk Management - Structured risk registers with configurable matrices and escalation workflows - Training Management - Crew and staff qualification tracking, training records, and currency management - Emergency Response - Integrated planning and response coordination tools Centrik is built on a modular, highly configurable architecture, allowing organisations to implement only what they need and expand over time. Each client operates on a dedicated single-tenant instance, ensuring data isolation and enterprise-grade security. The platform is available as a web application and native iOS and Android apps, with offline capability for safety reporting, training records, and audits in low-connectivity environments. Trusted by leading aviation organisations for over a decade, Centrik is backed by a team of genuine aviation professionals who understand the complexity and regulatory demands of the industry. It is designed to eliminate duplication, reduce manual administration, and give safety and compliance teams a single source of truth for their operation. Centrik is part of the TrustFlight Aerospace Safety Intelligence Platform, which also includes Tech Log for digital aircraft technical records and Smart Suite (Smart Documents & Smart Regulations) for regulatory document management.
