  ### 1. Streamlines Individual and Group Collaboration for Clinical Supervision

**What do you like best about Doctopus for G Suite?**

I use it to assign individualized documents to the master’s-level clinicians I supervise as a board-approved clinical social work supervisor. It allows me to collaborate with each supervisee individually, as well as with the group as a whole, on assignments and documents.

**What do you dislike about Doctopus for G Suite?**

Doctopus for G Suite has limited privacy and confidentiality. I make sure that any information I distribute through it does not include private, personal, or identifiable details.

**What problems is Doctopus for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It automates the process of distributing documents to my supervisees, which takes one worry off my plate.

**What do you like best about Doctopus for G Suite?**

There's a lot to love about Doctopus:
- It's simple to obtain, launch, and learn to use.  Set up time is minimal.
- With just a few simple clicks, Doctopus passes out copies of assignments to students.
- It's excellent for keeping the "digital stack of papers" organized.
- It integrates well with Google Sheets/Docs/Drive - which is very important in the modern classroom.
- It arguably gives more control than Google Classroom.

**What do you dislike about Doctopus for G Suite?**

Some teachers who are already accustomed to using Google Classroom will find this redundant (I think), and will not be interested in adding this add-on.  Given that it's an add-on, there's always can be security questions regarding students (and data), as well as unexpected errors down the road as Google continues to make updates.

**Recommendations to others considering Doctopus for G Suite:**

If you like Doctopus, check out the Goobric extension, as well.  This will allow rubrics to be attached to Doctopus and then you can email results/rubrics to students, as well.  Simple hack, but time saver!

**What problems is Doctopus for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass copies of documents (or assignments), organization, standardized filing system in Drive, monitor student work and collaboration in real-time, email notifications, easily send grades and feedback through email, etc.

**What do you like best about Doctopus for G Suite?**

It is an application that allows organizing and supervising the students' process, featuring templates from the start that provide total control. This application enhances interaction with students during project submissions and allows assigning work and tasks.

**What do you dislike about Doctopus for G Suite?**

The process of setting up and installing this program can be somewhat tedious, which is the only downside that might occur. The rest of the program functions without issues, and after installation, all that remains is to use it as desired.

**Recommendations to others considering Doctopus for G Suite:**

It is a recommended application for teachers, or anyone who needs to organize evaluations and grades. This application has features to correctly carry out the evaluation of multiple students, so I really recommend it.

**What problems is Doctopus for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of this application has allowed us to improve homework assignments and to organize evaluations correctly not only for students, but also for employees. This application can be used beyond its offerings; it provides statistics that allow us to see how homework is managed.

**What do you like best about Doctopus for G Suite?**

Easily assign students work and plays nicely with GSuite and Google Classroom. Use it for a trial if you would like. You will not regret it and your feedback will increase between the teacher and the student. 

**What do you dislike about Doctopus for G Suite?**

Can be time consuming to set up, but worth it afterwards. Stick with it and you will be happy in the end. If you have questions watch their tutorials and look over the materials. Contact them if you are in need of additional support. Support is good and quickly responded to for assistance. 

**Recommendations to others considering Doctopus for G Suite:**

It is a great tool to add to classroom tools for student engagement and time management for teachers. It is not hard to implement, but you have to stick with it through the beginning setup features. This can increase feedback from the teacher to the student. My students appreciate the feedback and have increased their turn in submission of class work as I can easily give them feedback online for their class assignments. 

**What problems is Doctopus for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Student engagement can be increased with this tool offering good feedback to students. This tool is worth looking into, if you are interested in saving yourself time. With the increased feedback to my students, their grades have increased as the feedback has been quicker online than by paper.
