DNA Growth Reviews & Provider Details

DNA Growth is a global outsourced finance and accounting firm. We are not a staffing agency, a software tool, or a one-size-fits-all BPO shop. We work with fractional CFOs, CPAs, bookkeeping firms, founders, CFOs, operators, and consulting firms across 30+ countries who need a finance function that keeps pace with their growth. Our team of 200+ covers three service areas most outsourcing firms can't: financial planning and analysis, outsourced accounting and bookkeeping, and strategic advisory, including business plans, pitch decks, and go-to-market strategy. That breadth matters when your accounting team needs to talk to your FP&A team, and your FP&A team needs to support your next fundraise. The team is built from ex-Big 4s, CPAs, CAs, CMAs, Stanford Seed alumni, and FP&A specialists. These are people who have seen complex finance operations from the inside out at scale and bring that context to every client engagement. On the security and compliance side, we're ISO 27001-certified, operate under NDA-backed agreements, and apply role-based access controls across all engagements. Data security isn't an afterthought here; it's built into how we work. A few things clients consistently tell us matter: we go live in 1–3 weeks instead of months; we have 100% team redundancy so nothing falls through the cracks; and we deliver 100% accuracy in reconciliations and financial reporting. We've helped clients reduce the month-end close from 18 days to 4, and our models have supported $600M+ in client funding raises. Engagements are flexible, FTE, hourly, or project-based, so you're not locked into a model that doesn't fit your business. You can also scale us up or down based on your business needs. We understand your priorities and adapt fast. 1,200+ clients. 30+ countries. Available 24/7 across all time zones.
