DM Shiyam Reviews & Product Details

DM Shiyam is an Instagram comment-to-DM automation platform for creators, direct-to-consumer brands, and digital agencies that use Instagram as a primary lead-generation channel. Built on Meta's official Instagram Graph API, it converts public comments and story mentions into private 1:1 Instagram DMs, automating the top-of-funnel conversation that would otherwise require a dedicated community manager. Key capabilities: - Keyword and hashtag triggers, scoped per-reel, per-post, or account-wide - A/B message testing with deterministic variant assignment and per-variant analytics - Follow-to-unlock gates that incentivize profile follows before revealing the DM - Exclude-keyword filters and spam detection to cut false positives - Multi-account routing for agencies managing several brand pages from one dashboard - Native multilingual detection (English, Hindi, Hinglish, Spanish, Marathi) with per-language message variants - Account-level pacing and queued retries to stay within Meta's messaging rate limits - Analytics tracking the full funnel from comment to DM delivery to reply Target users: solo creators, small e-commerce brands, coaching and education businesses, and marketing agencies. Available via a free entry plan plus paid Starter and Pro tiers.
