"DM Champ’s Rapid Improvements and Powerful White-Label Branding"
5/5
What do you like best about DM Champ?

Honestly, DM Champ has blown me away—not just for what it does, but for how fast the team keeps improving it. I’ve used a lot of “AI chat” tools, and most feel frozen after launch. This one? It’s alive.

Every few days, there’s something new: a sharper automation, a cleaner dashboard, a feature I didn’t even know I needed until it showed up. The pace is wild.

And then there’s the white-label side. This isn’t just slapping your logo on a chat window. You can fully brand the documentation, tutorials, API references—even the MCP endpoints—so everything looks and feels like it came from you. If you’re reselling, running an agency, or building client-facing tools, that level of control is rare. It’s not just a feature; it’s a whole business enabler. What do you dislike about DM Champ?

The setup process is a little bit challenging but the team helps a lot. Maybe they should add more training videos to help setup faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DM Champ: clean interface, powerful automations, AI, and useful integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about DM Champ?

What I like most about DM Champ is that, despite the number of features it incorporates, it maintains a clean, organized, and relatively easy-to-understand environment. The platform has considerable depth, but it doesn't feel overloaded with options, making it much more manageable to work with and learn new features.

I also appreciate that many of its tools have practical applications in daily operations. Automations, conversation management, and AI-related capabilities allow for building flows that go beyond simply responding to messages. AI can be incorporated into processes and agents to support specific tasks, opening up interesting possibilities when looking to automate attention and follow-up without turning the entire process into something rigid.

Integrations are another important point for me. A platform of this type is much more valuable when it can be part of an ecosystem of tools rather than functioning in isolation. The ability to connect it with other systems allows for designing more complete processes and better adapting it to different operations.

Another aspect I value greatly is the documentation. There is detailed material to delve into when you need to configure or understand more advanced features, something especially useful considering the number of possibilities the platform offers.

Finally, it feels like an active product. Updates are frequent, and in my experience, support has been responsive. For me, the combination of a refined interface, many impactful features, AI capabilities, integration possibilities, and good documentation is what adds the most value. What do you dislike about DM Champ?

So far, my experience has been very positive, so I don't have a major disadvantage to point out. If I had to mention an area for improvement, it would be the learning curve when starting to use the platform in greater depth.

The interface is clean, and many features are easy to understand, but DM Champ has quite a few possibilities, and when you start combining automations, integrations, and AI capabilities in more advanced processes, it's necessary to spend time understanding how the different pieces fit together.

The documentation is detailed and helps a lot, although I think it could be complemented with more complete examples from start to finish and advanced use cases.

This would make it easier to move from knowing each function individually to designing more complex flows more quickly.

I don't consider it a serious problem, but rather a natural consequence of a platform with considerable depth, but it is the area where I see the most opportunity to improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DM Champ: A Powerful Foundation for Building Conversational AI Services"
5/5
What do you like best about DM Champ?

DM Champ solves the problem of having to build the whole conversational automation stack from scratch.

For us, it provides the agent layer that can handle WhatsApp conversations, use custom functions, retrieve customer context from our own backend, qualify leads, apply tags, hand over to a human, and move people toward booking.

That means we can focus on the customer experience and the business logic we want to create in Sequensi.com, while DM Champ handles a lot of the underlying conversational infrastructure.

The biggest value for me is that it goes beyond a simple chatbot. It gives agencies the building blocks to create branded, repeatable, SaaS-like services on top of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DM Champ?

The main downside is the learning curve once you move beyond the basic chatbot use case.

DM Champ is very powerful, but that means there are a lot of moving parts: agents, functions, channels, tags, booking, entry points, knowledge sources and integrations. It can take some time to understand how everything connects, especially if you are trying to build something more advanced or agency-focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Speed-to-Lead Value, Though Setup Takes Time"
5/5
What do you like best about DM Champ?

I use DM Champ’s speed-to-lead solution a lot. It helps me stay connected to my coaching customers and keeps them paying me on retainer, which is good for cash flow. I find it really simple for the one solution I offer, and it’s simple for the trades I deal with to understand. I get enough value for me and my clients from the 20% of its capability that I use. I really like the active, supportive community: when I asked questions when I first started, they were answered or resources were created. I see DM Champ constantly being updated and evolving through user experience. I find it more reliable than Booked In. Once I got the hang of it, I managed to do what I need to do with it, and it’s working well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DM Champ?

I find there’s a lot to learn if I want to use the top-level package or explore the other 80% of DM Champ. I’m not very technical, and I found the initial setup quite difficult because it wasn’t intuitive. I had to read the instructions and look through the community for similar problems. I find the training thorough, but it is mostly text rather than videos, so I’d like more step-by-step video training for each function. I still do some things manually, and I think I need to be reasonably technically minded to get the most out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Maximizes Leads Exactly as Promised"
5/5
What do you like best about DM Champ?

I love DM Champ. I have been using it for about 4 months and so far it is doing what I intended it to do which is to sell on my behalf. I have over 3,000 replies and only 3 times a lead called out the AI for being an AI. I sell shipping containers online and this industry is known for having a lot of scammers this platform is sharp enough to navigate on its own and gain the lead’s trust with my tone and personality. Just today, I woke up to a quote request that totaled to $36,590. If the AI can close this, it would be my biggest transaction. Let’s if the automated follow ups can close the deal. Overall money well spent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Human-Like AI That Closes Deals and Saves Time"
5/5
What do you like best about DM Champ?

I really like the human-like replies. They save me time and help me close deals even without my intervention. The chatbot can make reservations and close deals, which is helpful because I’m not good at sales and wanted a bot that can do my job. The developer delivers improvements every week, which makes DM Champ really reliable. The initial setup was smooth for me, with no technical skills needed. I have tried many chatbot products, and currently DM Champ is the best I found, at least for now. For me, it’s a 10, and I recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transparent, Knowledgeable Founder Makes DM Champ Stand Out"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DM Champ?

Have used other AI software in this category and I really think the founder's attitude is the difference here. Sohaib has been transparent, approachable and willing to work with you to make you successful using the DM Champ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DM Champ?

To fully meet my requirements, this needs stronger integration with third-party tools. I've already requested the specific integrations and look forward to seeing them developed soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast evolution, real-world features"
5/5
What do you like best about DM Champ?

The speed of evolution, always tied to what the market is asking for right now. Unlimited sub-accounts, white label, BYOK and MCP integration in a single plan. We run AI customer service and sales on WhatsApp for several clients, each in its own sub-account, and it just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DM Champ?

It is still a very founder-centric operation, which is exactly why it ships so fast. That concentration is the one point I watch closely, but I believe in the company's growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable 24/7 Customer Service Across Channels"
5/5
What do you like best about DM Champ?

I like how DM Champ handles my customers across my website chat and social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram. It starts the conversation and can end up booking the appointment, so I don’t need someone handling customer service manually. It’s been really fantastic to use, and the credits are reasonably priced—not very expensive compared with hiring someone to handle customers 24/7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
