You put a file and you receive a link by e-mail few minutes after. When you upload a file, you can choose what kind of data you want to hide. It's an on demand data loss prevention service. **What do you dislike about Dlpify.io?** The lack of more features for enterprise level. The product works well for small tasks, but when you need to plug it into a huge set of data, you have to make a custom setup with the Dlpify team. **What problems is Dlpify.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a reseller. The software helps to hide and remove sensitive data from any sources. We use it as a first step for our customers. You don't have to spend $100k to do DLP. You can start with $225. We use it for GDPR compliance with customers' CRM. We export CRM database outdated data, we mask PII and we update the database. As a result, all outdated data is anonymized in a simple step. ### 2. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024 **What do you like best about Dlpify.io?** We used dlpify at Phratrie for the compliance of our ERP and CRM with GDPR, but also to achieve ISO 27001 certification. The product is really easy to use. You upload the file and retrieve the anonymized file. The enterprise version allowed us to connect all our applications via APIs. We can even produce anonymized test data from production data. **What do you dislike about Dlpify.io?** The product is very good, but it lacks the ability to choose the detection sensitivity. We have made a feature request to Phratrie. **What problems is Dlpify.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dlpify allows anonymizing any document or file to conceal PII or financial data. It's a DLP tool as a service that enabled us to simplify the implementation of DLP to comply with both GDPR and achieve ISO 27001 without having to spend thousands of euros. We had quotes for €20,000. With DLPIFY enterprise, it cost us almost 10 times less. We didn't need to have experts.
