We work feature by feature, ship Article 50 disclosure code (chatbot disclosure, synthetic content marking, deepfake labelling, emotion recognition notices), and produce a signed audit trail your customers' procurement teams can reference. We cover all three application waves of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 as separate engagements: Wave 1 (2 August 2026): Article 50 transparency obligations, GPAI provider obligations under Chapter V, governance framework. Wave 2 (2 December 2027): Annex III high-risk obligations, the Articles 9-15 stack, conformity assessment under Article 43, EU database registration under Article 49. Wave 3 (2 August 2028): Annex I embedded-product obligations for AI used as a safety component under Machinery Regulation, MDR, IVDR, lifts, toys, RED, and other Union harmonisation legislation. We maintain a free open-source EU AI Act compliance checklist on GitHub (MIT licence) at github.com/GatisOzols/eu-ai-act-checklist with article references and disclosure templates. Penalty exposure under Article 99: up to €35M or 7% global turnover for Article 5 prohibited practices, up to €15M or 3% for Article 50 and high-risk obligations, up to €7.5M or 1% for supplying misleading information to authorities.
