Dirxion centralized the chaos of job assignment and stages of communication from a knowledge management perspective. It is my assistant who does everything, freeing me from such trivial, insignificant tasks as organizing my time so that I can concentrate on what really matters. **What do you dislike about Dirxion?** Sometimes I go for the missing ability to undo changes done to certain capabilities to fit my workflow perfectly. Customers who are in need of connecting or using a variety of machine learning models are not compatible to Dirxion. On the other hand, some other platforms do well with establishing the connection or doing the integration of different models. **What problems is Dirxion solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flipbook creation of Dirxion has been worth it considering that it helps us to transform our print audience into digital one without any problems. I love the fact that the newspaper is archived and easily searchable, a feature I myself make use of from time to time. The digital edition is a breeze to navigate. And the pages are printable, a feature some of our readers find invaluable. The staff at Dirxion are always courteous and quick to respond. And if I miss a deadline, they always let me know. Their sales and development teams communicate clearly and follow through without fail. They are top-notch folks. **What do you dislike about Dirxion?** Although it's rare for me to say this, as we work with lots of vendor/partners, I cannot quickly think of anything that I don't like about Dirxion. They work at a good speed, charge a fair price and are responsive to requests. What else could we seek? **What problems is Dirxion solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Dirxion to automatically create flipbook, digital replicas of our printed newspaper editions. This service is a key function as we transition traditional print user to become more comfortable with digital products. ### 4. We can always count on them; they are a true partner. They support our digital catalog experience and help drive new and innovative solutions. We partner on metrics, data flow, and user experience. It is a simple interface where they can see immediately see the current edition and have access to all archives for 20 years. **What do you dislike about Dirxion?** We would like to make the login process easier. We had asked the company for some upgrades, which they have been able to accomplish even if it does take some time. Sometimes a few readers don't receivee the email notification that a new issue is available. We can't understand why it worked one week and then stopped the next. Occassionally it has been all our readers, so of course readership of that issue sank. **Recommendations to others considering Dirxion:** There are more high-tech digital edition providers so definitely look around to see if Dirxion has the features you want. It is certainly affordable compared to some other platforms so if funding is an issue, it would be a good way to offer a digital edition. You can include a paywall if you want, but it has to connect only to Paypal. That can be a problem for some newspapers and some readers. **What problems is Dirxion solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an affordable way to provide access to our digital edition and archives. Digital readership is up 400 percent over the past two years after we made access free. ### 8. It’s a tool to use to e-publish to major app stores. It’s an easy way to monitor them. Dirxion makes a daunting task of managing ePubs quick and reliable, and importantly, cheap. **What do you dislike about Dirxion?** There’s not much I can say bad about this piece of kit! It’s an amazingly versatile platform and I recommend it thoroughly! **Recommendations to others considering Dirxion:** Look no further. I’m not keen on giving such positive reviews because there’s a needle in the haystack in everything, but Dirxion really struck me as an exceptional piece of kit you’re sure to love! **What problems is Dirxion solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’ve solved quite a few issues when it comes to tracking views and publishing our magazine to the public. It’s exceptionally easy to use.
