More so as a benefit this feature helped to save a lot of time manually inputting contacts since the connection is seamless the import process is automatic as well. I like that it preloaded templates that always help us to kick start emails to be sent to our targeted customers. These templates often cover a lot of scenarios which makes it easy to choose the relevant template and it saves us a lot of time. The number of fonts is insufficient. Editing the text in the template is difficult, no matter how hard I try, especially after adding an image, there can be odd gaps between paragraphs, and in the parts of the text that are added/changed later, it randomly assigns the font. **What problems is DirectIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reaching 1500 people at the same time is satisfying.
