I mainly use DirectIQ for my business to do email marketing. I find automating emails very helpful, as it solves the problem of manually handling emails and saves me time. 1. Has an excellent template library - which is a perfect balance of qualitative and quantitative templates - all of which are customizable

2. Some features are amazing. Like Spamdoctor and Device View. Helps in avoiding spam filters of prospects as well as get a good grasp over how our emails would look like on an iPhone vs an iPad vs a Web Browser vs a Gmail Client vs a YahooMail Client.

3. Campaign Reporting is pretty amazing too, especially for beginners who're starting with marketing campaigns Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing to dislike is that even after using SpamDoctor, emails tend to hit the spam folders of prospects Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
