dinerr Reviews & Product Details

dinerr is a restaurant management platform for restaurant owners, managers and front-of-house staff. Guests can use digital menus, QR ordering and payments, while staff manage service through the web dashboard or dinerr Mobile on existing iOS and Android devices. The Free Plan includes digital menus, QR ordering and guest payments in supported countries. Pro adds the live orders board, kitchen access, staff accounts, reservations, waitlist, table management and analytics. Premium adds AI phone answering and further back-office and integration features. AI phone handles restaurant reservations, food orders, guest questions and staff transfers. Phone-order payments use a secure payment link sent by text. Free guest card payments incur a 1% dinerr platform fee plus payment processing; Pro and Premium remove the dinerr platform fee, while processor fees still apply. Partner integrations and guest payment availability vary by provider, market and restaurant eligibility. Two standalone tools are available without signup: a dish margin calculator and a Google Business Profile audit.
