Your users find the bug. Snag hands your team the fix. Most bug reports arrive as "it's broken" and little else: no steps, no console, no idea what the user clicked. Engineers lose hours trying to reproduce it, and the person who reported it learns not to bother. Snag closes the gap from both ends. One click to capture. A reporter clicks the Snag widget or browser extension, and Snag records what actually happened: the session replay, the console, the network requests and a repro summary. Passwords and input values are masked and secrets redacted in the browser, before anything uploads. Snag only records on domains you verify, and deletes captures after 90 days. A complete ticket where you already work. The capture lands in Jira with the replay attached, linked to the right GitHub repo. Nobody pastes logs into a comment or asks for a screenshot. A fix PR your team reviews. A coding agent reads the evidence and opens a pull request. Bring your own: Cursor, Claude Code or Copilot reads the ticket over MCP, and Snag is listed in the official MCP registry. Or use Snag's built-in agent. It works on a disposable copy of your repo in an isolated sandbox with a short-lived GitHub token for each run, and destroys that copy afterwards. On Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Ruby, PHP, Java, Kotlin, .NET, Go and Rust, it runs your test suite before the PR opens. It learns from the fixes your team merges through retrieval inside your workspace, not model training. Snag never auto-merges, and never trains models on your code. Pricing that doesn't tax reporting. Snag charges per workspace, never per seat, so anyone can report a bug: every plan has unlimited members and reporters.
