Adding new badges and new recipients is very easy. The lookup features are also very helpful. It is easy to export data. **What do you dislike about BadgeCert?** There support could be faster. It took several hours to resolve an issue we had which delayed our work. In order to get an individuals link you have to export them all. It would be nice if you could just grab one persons link quicker. **What problems is BadgeCert solving and how is that benefiting you?** It creates a simple database to access each individuals certificate rather than using pdfs and hard to navigate files. It allows our participants easy access to their certificates. Once they have it they always have it, so if they lose the copy they can reprint. ### 2. I also really appreciate that BadgeCert shares best practices from their deep knowledge of the digital certificate industry, which helps us use digital badging confidently in a way that'll be well-received by our customers and the wider ecosystem. Another great point is that the initial setup was very easy and painless, which was a key part of the value they bring. **What do you dislike about BadgeCert?** I think there's still a learning curve for using the software, but it's quite reasonable. Once you learn it, you never forget it. I would like to see a little bit more guidance on how to create an individual badge for an individual user without having to do bulk uploads, but that's a relatively small issue. **What problems is BadgeCert solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use BadgeCert to award digital certificates, and keep records over time. Additionally, it's great that there are so many pre-templated badge options available, which require very little customization on our part. My first time uploading I struggled quite a bit when all I really needed to do was change the date format on one of the columns.
