It works as intended and handles our needs with no trouble. Onboarding was easy as it's simple to use. The cost has definitely been worth it as our certificate earners appreciate the badges. **What do you dislike about BadgeCert?** Badge creation is simple, we just wish that customizing the actual certificates was a bit easier and/or more robust, but we've made it work with a bit of ingenuity. **What problems is BadgeCert solving and how is that benefiting you?** BadgeCert is allowing our certification holders to easily display their certificate badges wherever they like, rather than having only a download or paper copy of their certificates. ### 3.
