It's a modern, user-friendly, cloud-based software. I manage multiple practices remotely and can access any account from home. It was also easy to implement and integrate with other services we use (ex. IDEXX). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My team and I both dislike how Digitail "batches" medications. When you run out of one bottle of medication, it goes to the next bottle. However, it shows this on the client invoice and charges twice for the dispensing fee. You have to ensure you notice this and remove one dispensing fee. It also doesn't look great to clients having two line items for the same product. It may not seem like a big deal, but it is something we don't particularly love!
