**What do you like best about Digiparc?**

Before Digiparc, our TMS billing was entirely manual. We received Excel files from our clients every month, and everything had to be re-entered by hand. Now, Digiparc automatically imports these files and directly calculates the amounts according to each client's criteria: mileage, tonnage, or both depending on the type of service. The calculation formulas are integrated, and there is also the possibility to have trip or travel invoices and pay them at the same time.

Digiparc frees us from time-consuming manual re-entry and billing errors. Result: fewer disputes, more reliability, and a gain of several days each month.

**What do you like best about Digiparc?**

All personnel-related information is centralized and easily accessible. This allows for better planning of activities, regular monitoring of files, and a more reliable organization in human resources management. This module has simplified HR management: availability, document tracking, anticipation of deadlines, everything is better structured. The Finance module, on the other hand, centralizes and automates the management of financial operations. It allows for precise tracking of expenses, invoices, and payments, while providing a clear view of profitability and cash flow. Thanks to its dashboards and integration with other modules, it facilitates decision-making and ensures better budget control.

The Transport module has been of great help to us, allowing us to organize trips without errors and without overlap. It also offers the possibility to filter by client to know the number of trips made for each, the revenue generated by each client, as well as the reduction of time losses and the improvement of delivery punctuality.

**What do you like best about Digiparc?**

We use the solution to manage our ticketing, and the module saves us a lot of time in charging the correct price according to the different types of tickets. We used to do this half manually, so it really saved us a lot of time. The Digiparc team configured all our registers for all our agencies on the platform, so now our management is practically centralized.

**What do you dislike about Digiparc?**

Nothing to report, and when there is a problem or something that doesn't suit us, they react quickly to fix it.

Previously, ticket billing was done partly manually, which led to time losses and a risk of errors. Cash management was distributed among different agencies, complicating tracking. The solution allowed for the automation of pricing, centralization of management, and made the process much smoother.

**What do you like best about Digiparc?**

Each client has their own specific requirements in terms of additional services. We have a reference tab to configure all the services with their additional cost and their respective codes. When an invoice is created, the services are displayed according to what has been defined. Additionally, the platform offers very practical reports that trace all the journeys, providing a clear view of vehicle departures and stops, as well as payments received. There is even an option to adjust the amount directly from these reports, in real time.

The configuration of the different types of reports required some adjustments at the beginning.

**What problems is Digiparc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billing was complicated to manage, especially with additional services and clients each having their own specificities. With Digiparc, the process has become smoother for us, regardless of the particularities of each client.

We can filter by several criteria to create the invoice, and thanks to the repository, everything is even simpler: we can add all the information in advance, which speeds up creation and reduces the risk of forgetting.

**What do you like best about Digiparc?**

The integration of ticketing with the Finance module truly changes our daily routine. Each ticket is automatically recorded from the agencies, and depending on the type of client, the amount is directly allocated to the cash register as a receipt. This greatly simplifies the work: no more need to manually re-enter or cross-check data between multiple systems.

**What do you dislike about Digiparc?**

As with any new thing, it takes a little time for the teams to adapt to the process, but after a few days everything becomes natural.

Digiparc has eliminated double entry and the gap between ticketing and finance, which has allowed us to save a huge amount of time, reduce errors, and gain better real-time visibility on revenue.

**What do you like best about Digiparc?**

Before, it was difficult to link our consumption to the trips; we had to monitor closely and, even then, the data remained inaccurate. Digiparc takes care of it now. The trips are displayed with all the information, including the amount consumed, which has really helped us optimize our routes. We just need to set the current fuel price and the software does the rest. The statistics are more reliable and economical, whereas before, we ended up with unexpected costs that forced us to adjust the budget. We also track our tanks with their dedicated interface, since everything is tracked, we plan refills before any shortage. We also asked them to configure the system to indicate which client each distribution corresponds to, and they did it, adapting the reports to reflect this information.

It took a little time and adjustments to set up all our tanks.

**What do you like best about Digiparc?**

Purchase orders are automatically numbered, supplier invoices have precise tracking with statuses that alert us. We can search by reference, make grouped payments, manage drafts and checks properly. No more duplicates, no more lost invoices. The "Save and Add" function saves us a lot of time when entering multiple documents in a row. Comments on purchase orders help us communicate with our suppliers.

Some advanced features deserve more customization, but they already meet our needs very well.

**What problems is Digiparc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very rare now that we have misplaced invoices or that we have to resort to rough tracking. Payment delays are greatly reduced and traceability is guaranteed. We spend much less time on data entry and have better visibility to negotiate and collaborate with our suppliers.

With diesel prices soaring, we fully take advantage of the system's ability to accurately track consumption. We immediately identify the most fuel-consuming routes and optimize our circuits. Filters by type of trip help us analyze whether our international routes remain profitable.

In oil transportation, tracking quantities is critical. With Digiparc, we can finally precisely control what is missing during the transport of goods. The system allows us to compare the loaded quantities with the delivered quantities, identify discrepancies, and analyze them. The transport calculations are configured according to our specifications: distance, route complexity, customer history... We have a clear view of potential losses and can react quickly.

We use Digiparc to manage our purchases, and it is very convenient to have a single platform that allows us to both generate and record our purchase requests as well as our purchase orders. The workflow, from ordering to receiving the items, is smooth, intuitive, and well-structured.

We had to make some additional requests for the mobile version so that it perfectly fits our workflows.

digiparc offers us complete visibility on all our operations and vehicles. All the modules are essential and perfectly integrated and were adapted by the digiparc team to our mode of operation. The interfaces are intuitive and well-designed, and the project manager was attentive and helpful. It is now our main tool, replacing several software programs we used before. We recommend this solution!

The only point to improve might be to have some additional tutorials for the advanced features.

The installation of GPS units with CanBus at our various sites was done gradually and without issues.

**What do you like best about Digiparc?**

We negotiate much better with our suppliers thanks to technical alerts, which give us a clear view of future needs. Maintenance has thus become preventive. Breakdowns have been significantly reduced. For a rental company, it is essential to keep the vehicles in perfect condition.

**What do you dislike about Digiparc?**

The rigor of the monitoring imposes a new discipline on the team, but they quickly adapted to it, and honestly, it's better this way.
