DigiGo Reviews & Product Details

DigiGo is a comprehensive digital check-in and KYC (Know Your Customer) platform designed to modernize hotel operations in India. By replacing traditional paper-based processes with verified digital identities, DigiGo streamlines the entire guest journey, enhancing efficiency, compliance, and guest satisfaction. At the core of DigiGo's offering is its identity verification system. Guests can securely link their Aadhaar through DigiLocker, enabling instant verification of government-issued IDs such as Aadhaar cards, driving licenses, and e-passports. This process ensures that identity data is pulled directly from government records, providing a high level of accuracy and security. The verification is end-to-end encrypted and compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, ensuring that guest information is handled with the utmost care. The platform's modular design allows hotels to adopt various features as needed. Key modules include: 1. **Identity Verification**: Facilitates seamless guest check-ins by verifying identities through Aadhaar, driving licenses, and e-passports. This module integrates with the hotel's Property Management System (PMS), such as Oracle Opera, to auto-fill guest information, reducing manual data entry and associated errors. 2. **WhatsApp Automation**: Enhances pre-arrival communication by sending check-in invitations and confirmations via WhatsApp, the platform guests frequently use. This feature ensures timely and effective communication, improving the overall guest experience. 3. **Doorway**: Provides keyless entry by issuing digital room keys to guests' smartphones. Compatible with over 30 smart lock brands, this module eliminates the need for physical key cards, reducing front-desk queues and enhancing security. 4. **Palette**: Allows guests to place in-room dining and service requests directly from their phones. Orders are charged to the guest's folio and integrated with the PMS, ensuring accurate billing and efficient service delivery. 5. **AI Voice**: Offers a multilingual AI voice agent capable of handling inbound and outbound calls for tasks such as booking confirmations, feedback collection, and guest support. The agent operates 24/7, providing consistent and efficient communication in multiple languages, including Hindi and English. 6. **Passage**: Manages visitor logging at the property gate, ensuring that every visitor is recorded with timestamped photo evidence. This feature is particularly useful for large properties like corporate parks and gated communities, enhancing security and compliance. 7. **eDocuments**: Digitally captures, signs, and archives essential documents such as folios, tax invoices, and payment receipts. Integrated with Opera Cloud, this module ensures that all documents are audit-ready and securely stored. 8. **Form C Automation**: Automates the filing of Form C for foreign guests, extracting necessary information from scanned passports and visas, and submitting it to the e-FRRO portal within the required 24-hour window. This automation ensures compliance with the Foreigners Act 1946 and reduces the risk of penalties due to late or missed filings. DigiGo's platform is built with a strong emphasis on compliance and security. It is a UIDAI-licensed Offline Verification Seeking Entity (OVSE) and an official DigiLocker partner, ensuring that all identity verifications are conducted through authorized channels. The platform also holds ISO 27001 certification for information security management, demonstrating its commitment to protecting guest data. By integrating these modules, DigiGo provides a seamless and efficient experience for both hotel staff and guests. The platform's ability to reduce check-in times to as little as five seconds, automate compliance processes, and enhance guest satisfaction positions it as a valuable tool for modernizing hotel operations in India.
