Applicant Tracking System Reviews & Product Details

Diffinity is an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) that writes the job ad, builds a branded career page, runs the recruitment campaigns, and contextually screens every applicant — one product, nothing to implement, live the same day. Post: Type a role title and Diffinity's AI writes a complete job description in minutes. Publish it to a hosted, branded job page carrying your logo, colors, benefits, employee testimonials, and hiring process steps — no design or IT work needed. Every job is automatically structured for Google for Jobs and distributed to job aggregators and feeds. Promote: Launch recruitment campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn directly from the dashboard, including click-to-WhatsApp ads that take candidates straight into a conversational application. Track clicks, cost per application, and source quality so you know which channels actually deliver hires, not just traffic. Screen: Every applicant answers contextual, role-specific screening questions that AI generates from your job description - not generic keyword matching. Candidates are scored 0–100 by combining screening answers with CV match, so recruiters open a ranked shortlist instead of a pile of CVs. Candidates can apply on the web or over WhatsApp, attach an optional video introduction, and track their own application status. Hire: A drag-and-drop pipeline moves candidates from applied to hired. Interview scheduling includes candidate self-booking with automatic Google Meet links and calendar invites, no-login scorecards for interviewers, and automated reminders. Offer letters go out with digital acceptance, and candidates get branded email and WhatsApp updates at every stage. Time-to-hire tracking, funnel analytics, and a searchable talent pool that resurfaces past candidates for new roles complete the loop. Diffinity is built mobile-first for lean HR and recruiting teams that want to move fast. There is no implementation project, no onboarding fee, and nothing to configure before you start: sign up, and your first job can be live within minutes.
