Dialed In Dottie Reviews & Product Details

Dottie is an AI customer engagement platform that works like an AI employee for your phones and messages. She answers inbound calls in under a second, 24/7/365, handles outbound follow-up calls, and covers SMS and live chat, with customer memory so callers never have to start over. Dottie can handle 10,000+ simultaneous calls, supports 50+ languages, and connects to the systems you already use to look up data, book appointments, and route calls. Every call is recorded, transcribed, and summarized, with insights and AI sales coaching that scores calls and surfaces objection trends. Dottie serves organizations from local service businesses to mid-market and enterprise teams in staffing and recruiting, insurance and health plans, hospitality, medical, legal, and customer support. Onboarding takes about 7 days: strategy and setup, integration and testing, then go live.
