Develop.Me stands out because of how easy it is to deliver our own content within a fully branded learning environment. We were able to upload videos, PDFs, reflections, and quizzes to create courses that feel uniquely ours while still benefiting from the platform’s structure. The course builder is straightforward, and organizing learning paths for different groups is simple and efficient.

What do you like best about Develop Me?

We are using it to increase our ability to scale our onboarding to our teams, and it has a wonderful user experience. Very easy to register for your course and send links to people outside of the software for "one click" onboarding. The team is incredibly quick in responding as well! Feels like family. What problems is Develop Me solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a training process for our serve teams that took a very long time and about four different website visits to complete. It was very difficult and our completion rate was much lower than it should be. Develop.Me has allowed us to place everything into one course that they can complete on their phones or computers. It also helps so much in the ability that we have to make sure that people are actually doing the training and not just clicking through videos - the built in accountability features are huge in making sure that our teams are prepared and ready to serve.
