What do you like best about Develop Me?

I use Develop Me as a student in CLI and absolutely love it. I find the software so easy to use and efficient. It easily shows me my progress and what assignments, documents, or videos I have missed. I love that it alerts me when a new discussion post or announcement from a teacher or instructor is posted or when feedback is given. It's super easy to upload documents onto the platform, not only through my laptop but also through my phone. I love that it gives me badges and makes it so easy to find exactly what I am looking for. These features help me feel seen, and I can track my progress through different accomplishments, not just grades or percentage completion. The initial setup was super easy. We had a training process for our serve teams that took a very long time and about four different website visits to complete. It was very difficult and our completion rate was much lower than it should be. Develop.Me has allowed us to place everything into one course that they can complete on their phones or computers. It also helps so much in the ability that we have to make sure that people are actually doing the training and not just clicking through videos - the built in accountability features are huge in making sure that our teams are prepared and ready to serve.
