DeTask | People Perform Reviews & Product Details

Your managers are great at their craft but struggle with people management. High turnover costs you money, inconsistent execution hurts customer satisfaction, and you're not sure what actually motivates each team member to perform. DeTask is a motivation-first performance platform that helps managers: → Understand what drives each employee (not just assume everyone wants the same thing) → Set clear, measurable goals tied to business outcomes (revenue, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery) → Track performance through tools teams already use (WhatsApp, Slack) → Reward achievement with personalized incentives employees actually want (not one-size-fits-all bonuses) How It Works: 1. Motivation Mapping: Identify what each person values (flexibility, recognition, growth, rewards) 2. Goal Alignment: Connect individual work to company objectives 3. Native Communication: Managers track progress via WhatsApp (no new tool to learn) 4. Smart Rewards: Employees earn points for on-time delivery, exchange for items they choose 5. AI Coaching: Real-time guidance helps managers improve without formal training Best For: - Family businesses professionalizing operations (2nd/3rd generation) - Service companies with 20-200 employees - Industries with high turnover (retail, restaurants, home services, healthcare) - Teams using WhatsApp for communication already Results: Companies using DeTask see 25-40% reduction in turnover, improved on-time delivery, and higher customer satisfaction scores because employees are motivated by what they actually care about, not what leadership assumes they want.
