Aesthetically, it may look a little "old-school", but there's no extra fluff and it's just very clear. Since all the new tariffs, I like that the system will remind me what additional tariffs might be required based on the HTS code used on a given line. Since all the changes in duty and entry-writing, Descartes and NetCHB have tried their best to integrate as many reminders of the new changes and also just help the brokers and entry writers implement the new changes as best they can, so I really appreciate that for me and my team. **What do you dislike about Descartes Customs & Compliance Suite?** I dislike how many system glitches and shut downs there have been in the past year. I'm not sure if it's a CBP server issue or a Descartes NetCHB issue, but the slow down on transmissions made it really hard for us to go about our daily operations. Having the built in part number database and the invoice upload capability improved our workflow on these accounts immeasurably. Now we can simply enter the part numbers, or the HTS, or a combination of the 2 on the upload spreadsheet and have the whole process complete in far less time. This has also made it easy to make SOPs and Work Instructions for my functions. I haven't delt with customer directly, but I've heard from my coworkers that Descartes is usually very helpful and eager to help with requests to changes in the platform. **What do you dislike about Descartes Customs & Compliance Suite?** I mostly use the query functions for my role, aside from making UPC updates in the system. I would say as far as updating UPCs in the system, the ability to do mass updates is still being polished. Also one of the great advantages and that is very useful is to know when the shipment shows that it is on hold and the type of hold as well as its details, this serves both to communicate to the customer and to have a better management of the shipment. On the other hand, a service that makes me feel completely satisfied is the customer service, when I have had questions or problems, they can take a while to answer, but the attention is detailed and fast compared to others. **What do you dislike about Descartes Customs & Compliance Suite?** An opportunity to improve, from my perspective, would be the response time when requesting help via email to the customer service.
