Depreciation Calculator Pro II Reviews & Product Details

Depreciation Calculator Pro II is asset depreciation software that calculates tax and GAAP-compliant depreciation schedules. The software allows selection of depreciation methods through dropdown menus rather than requiring memorization of method codes. The full-screen asset entry form displays data clearly during the entry process. Depreciation Calculator Pro II supports ACRS and MACRS for federal and state tax purposes, along with straight-line and declining-balance methods for book depreciation. The software addresses Alternative Minimum Tax considerations and generates reports on federal tax, state tax, and book bases. Reports include IRS Forms 4562 and 4797 with supporting schedules. Schedules print in landscape orientation for readability. The software receives annual updates to maintain compliance with current tax legislation, including the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. These updates address tax-law changes that affect depreciation calculations.
