**What do you like best about Depict?**

Easy to use, implement and understand. High level of support from the Depict team, they always try to help out in the best possible way. The integration has been smooth with strong and helpful features by using the Depict app through Shopify. We use Depict everyday to keep the website updated with newness in an easy and good looking way.

**What do you dislike about Depict?**

Nothing. As all other apps/products you will find something that could be better, but every time we want something new, to be fixed or work better the Depict team helps out right away.

**What problems is Depict solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product search optimation, visual merchandising in an easy and time-optimized way that alows the webshop to always look good and updated.

The best thing about Depict is how much time you save on merchandising and how easy it is to use. And of course how responsive everyone at Depict is, always looking out for the customer's best interests.

Sometimes the development is a bit fast, sometimes you can't keep up with all the new settings.

Depict helps us to merchandise in a simple way, helping us to manage our search and recommendations.

We had some challenges during the integration. In retrospect it would have been smart to evaluate potenial issues before starting the implementation, but the team provided great support to solve all issues!

Their service and attention you get as a customer is unheard of! Put in a suggestion and 2h later it was live..

I can not think of any, might be that their service is still under development. But that means I can be a part of the way forward.

Saving us 75% time compared to our last merchandising tool.

- Limited functions at the moment (More functions are in the road map)
- Some problems with integrtions with our other platforms
- Catalog sync little too slow

Before depict merchandising and search was manual, so it was time consuming for us. From our feedback they have launched new attribues that  also gives us a better overivew of our product catalog.

**What do you like best about Depict?**

The precision of their AI beats all the competitors solution by far, and i´ve worked with some of the major companies. Secondly their willingness to satisfy their customers need beats all expectations. We work in a complex enviroment an Depict took care of both standard and custom parts of the solution that in the end really proved itself. They also took care of the logic and built it on their end which made it extremely easy for us to implement, and fast.

**What do you dislike about Depict?**

Almost a year have past since we started the collaboration with Depict and they managed to exceed expectation all the way from implementation to outcome and results.

**What problems is Depict solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personalized recomendations for all of our customers, that really nails it. A custome made "out of stock" solution that have proven itself to be very appreciated by our customers and shows clearly in our KPI:s. We replaced the standard search function that came along when we set up our e-commerce platform with Depicts AI search, speed, 100% coverage in search terms and a way better follow up than before

**What do you like best about Depict?**

We have seen an amazing uplift and benefit while using Depict for our recommendation engine.  In every location, we show this we have seen a rise in clicks and sales!  Also, the Account Manager has been working side by side with us from the beginning.

**What do you dislike about Depict?**

I don\t really have any negatives to post here.  We started very early with them so I would say the only dislike is that we have had to wait for the features that they have now released.

**What problems is Depict solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we had only used a manual process to identify products for recommendations.  Now this work is taken over by the Depict recommendation engine.  This is saving us loads of time and increasing our efficiency

  ### 11. Big data recommendations for small businesses

**What do you like best about Depict?**

Depicts "black box" helps us curate product recommendations in a way that couldn't have been done otherwise. We have +1500 SKUs and not enough orders to trust the recommendations logic that others provide. We can now rely on a partner that shows great products in the right place at the right time and, as a result, see increased AOV.

We've been a part of Depict since early launch, and I can safely say that the personal touch and eager to listen to our requests has not been affected by the growth of the company. We are impressed over all the stars that work at Depict!

**What do you dislike about Depict?**

There is nothing we dislike about Depict, but as with any good service, you have to pay for it. The service provides great bang for the buck, but as always, you wish everything to be cheaper. :-)

**What problems is Depict solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More accurate personalizations in terms of product recommendations -> better AOV and focus on products that we prefer to sell.

**What do you like best about Depict?**

The possibility of being able to customize the product according to my wishes. Knowledgeable contact with quick solutions. They are very concerned that the product reaches its full potential in the sole purpose for which you need it.

**What do you dislike about Depict?**

Nothing that I have noticed yet! They have adapted the product to be useful in many different scenarios, and the possibility of being able to control and adapt the product to your own wishes means that problems rarely appear.

Product recommendations on our products, these are adapted to our own wishes which may be specific to our industry. Appreciate the ability to customize the recommendations to my own preferences based on where the recommendation is. We also use modules that show products from specific categories as well as products tailored to the customer.

Simple and flexible search function that does not require manual work and maintenance. Relevant product recommendations and search results that drive conversion at a high level.

**What do you dislike about Depict?**

I miss an overall dashboard of the search data, but I know this is in progress. The customer portal could contain more information, but I am sure this will develop shortly.

**What problems is Depict solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Depict provides us with a search tool that needs no work from us as users, saving a lot of time and effort for our in-house team. Customers find what they are looking for more efficiently and in many cases, convert based on the result. They also get a more personal shopping experience through relevant product recommendations.

**What do you like best about Depict?**

Our product recommendations show relevant content for our visitors, and the AI is performing as expected. The platform is easy to use, and analytics are easy to follow.  Also, a big plus for the great support! Whenever an issue occurs, or we have a new request, it is handled quickly by the support.

**What do you dislike about Depict?**

Not possible to create A/B tests. That would be very beneficial to test different logics for the recommendations. Not possible yet to create new recommendations or tweak the rules/logics without help from support team.

**What problems is Depict solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Depict helps us to provide our customers with relevant recommendations to complete their purchases. This generates higher AOV and more pieces per order. It's also giving our customers a better experience by helping them navigate to products that can complete a look.

I have worked with Depict from the beginning, and their recommendation services have been exceptional since day 1.  Even though we are in different time zones, they have always been highly responsive and helpful with a sense of urgency. Amazing services, thank you for everything!

N/A There is not anything that I dislike. We are looking for recommendations in emails though!

Depict consits of an incredible combination of skilled technical know-how and youthful enthusiasm. Depict listens to what we as customers want and need, and through their drive and skill, they develop their product so that it is adapted to our wishes and functionalities to the greatest extent.

In general, we don't have any dislikes with Depict. We've seen some improvement potential with e.g. the customer portal, but Depict is a company in constant development and the portal has been getting better for customer use.

Extremely easy to work with! From idea to implementation is very fast! Its not a big IT project which is highly appriciated.

**What do you dislike about Depict?**

Honestly havent found anything bad about the solution so far. We have found areas to improve and the Depict team made adjustments. probably only thing that is lacking is a realy good backend for followups.

We are selling over 25.000 SKU´s, before it was impossible to have a great up sell, cross sell etc, this is today solved in the best way possible, Together with the AI learning and showing

In the beginning the Dashboard features was very limited, but this has gotten a lot better.

They have now more features than we used, so do not hesitate to reach out them.

Depict helps us to increase the AOV with their AI based product recommendation. They are always very helpful and listen to their customers thoughts and requirements. Would definitely recommend to all brands out there.

The platform can be way better but I know they are developing it to their customer's requirements.

Depict is handling our product recommendations to make our site more personalized. Before, we made all product recommendations manually in the e-commerce platform.

The quite narrow field of use . Had prefered a more full cover service with more functions for product-handling on site. This is on its way thou.
