The integrated features like network fabric are a big plus. The fact that it is so customizable to your own business needs is also a huge plus. **What do you dislike about Dell PowerFlex?** There is not a whole lot to dislike here. I would maybe have wished for a couple more integrated features like cooling since I do not have a decent AC setup in my server room, but that is not a huge downside. **What problems is Dell PowerFlex solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to use this solution to completely redo and replace my old servers. I had 6 individual servers before not all in my rack system, and one was named Win2k1. So it was definitely time for an upgrade. ### 8. But, still I would say it can be more cost effective. If Dell can work on it then fine. It provides efficient performance for applications, databases and web applications. Also provides a great network integration. It can also be used to implement hyper-converged infrastructure. **What do you dislike about Dell PowerFlex?** Nothing to dislike here, Dell provides a great end to end support. **Recommendations to others considering Dell PowerFlex:** Dell provides a great implementation support and run the business support. It is a great option for your data center. **What problems is Dell PowerFlex solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using VxRack System Flex to run our ESXi clusters on VMware where we are using R730xd servers. VxRack provides a great configuration of each node with great network integration and storage management. ### 10. I can add or take away from the system pretty easily, so I love it. **What do you dislike about Dell PowerFlex?** My rack is very heavy, but I do love that I only have one rack with multiple pieces of hardware in it so that upgrades are a breeze.
