Most other apps provide the same service but I was looking for an app that provides an exceptional customer service. Deliveroo allows you to order food online quickly, choose from all different restaurants near you and view the menu. The map works well for when you are unfamiliar with the neighborhood. Deliveroo, like all food delivery services, promotes ordering online rather than cooking. There is a lot of waste with food delivery, but sometimes it is necessary! "Deliveroo in Australia" 5/5 What do you like best about Deliveroo for Partners? Great network in Australia. I used their service when I visited AU. Used it every single day. this was back in 2018 when Ubereats did not have bicycle delivery. Deliveroo offers (at least in our area) a huge amount of different restaurants. Through their user-friendly app it is really easy to search for certain cuisine (e.g. German/Italian etc.) or for filter for specific food diets. The order status is traceable at each step, so you'll always know where your food is. Payments can be easily made with your credit/debit card and works like a charm. The food is already on the table about 10 minutes after ordering via the app. It doesn't happen that fast even when I order in a restaurant. It doesn't get any better than that.
