**What do you like best about DeepSight?**

The most helpful part is the simple dashboard and real-time alerts which make it easy to catch issues quickly.
Easy to set up and the reports are clear, which makes the team’s work faster.
The support team is very responsive and helps quickly whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about DeepSight?**

Overall experience is good, but some of the advanced visualizations feel a bit limited. For deeper analysis we sometimes need to export data to other tools. The alert configuration is not very straightforward. Setting up complex alert rules takes extra effort and could be made more user-friendly.
For very large data volumes, the pricing can become a little high. Also, a few features like historical comparisons and advanced dashboards could be more flexible.

**What problems is DeepSight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DeepSight is helping us solve monitoring and visibility challenges across our data systems. Earlier we had delays in identifying issues, but with real-time alerts we now resolve problems faster. The dashboards also provide better insights for reporting and planning, which saves time for the team and supports data-driven decisions.
