I like Dedale Intelligence for its professional communication and clear instructions, which make the process efficient and transparent from start to finish. The communication was responsive, and the payment and verification steps were handled professionally, making the collaboration feel reliable. I appreciate the smooth payment process and well-organized research studies. The survey topics were relevant to my work in BIM and structural engineering, enhancing the overall value of the service.

**What do you dislike about Dedale Intelligence?**

The overall experience was positive. One area that could be improved is reducing the number of repeated verification or confirmation steps during surveys and payment onboarding. A slightly more streamlined process would make participation even faster and smoother for experts. A centralized onboarding flow would help a lot. For example, collecting identity, payment, and tax information once and reusing it for future studies would reduce repeated steps. It would also help to clearly indicate when a survey is fully completed and when no further action is required, especially when multiple emails or confirmation links are involved.

As a specialist in public procurement, electronic bidding platforms, and electronic administration, I particularly appreciate that Dedale Intelligence knows exactly who they are looking for and why. From the first contact, it was clear that they had analyzed my profile thoroughly — it was not a generic call, but a precise and well-founded approach.
The process is agile and frictionless: clear communication, punctual meetings, and a prepared team that asks relevant questions without wasting time. The confidentiality agreements are well-structured, and the remuneration is fair and punctual, which builds trust from the start.
What stimulates me the most is the intellectual quality of the topics: digitalization strategy, AI applied to public management, evolution of regulatory frameworks in electronic procurement... These are conversations that add value in both directions.

Overall, it was an exceptionally good experience. I was contacted via LinkedIn by Vhon, , who approached me in an extremely courteous and professional way. The objectives of the research were clearly described alongside the end-to-end process from initial contact, to interview and to payment. The interview itself was conducted by Miguel, who was extremely professional and courteous too. We had a focused and engaging discussion base on the questions he asked. They were all very thoughtful and relevant. It was one of the best and most engaging consultations I had. 
The follow-up was equally excellent. Very professional approach, without any pressure or odd requests, based on a good knowledge of my experiences. It was clear since the the first message their right approach, any doubt about fake company or accounts etc
Very professional also during the interview, everything on time with good and deep questions. I was not aware about Dedale but on the basis of this experience as consultant expert I should suggest their services, for sure they are reliable and serious.
And also after the interview they are taking care of the administrative issues in real time!

Dedale Intelligence was highly responsive and able to provide me with multiple time windows that accommodated my busy schedule.  I would definitely recommend them to other experts in my field.

Some of the questions asked in the interview appeared to misunderstand my role (i.e. I have nothing to do with procurement), but the interviewers were able to quickly pivot to questions more related to my experience.

**What problems is Dedale Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From what I understand, Dedale Intelligence is looking to support the development of MEP prefabrication software so it is maximally useful to the field.  If they are successful in their efforts, improved software solutions will help our company to save money and (more importantly) time on future construction projects involving prefabrication.

I provided advice to Dedale as an expert on one of their projects. Very easy to work with. I was approached professionally on LinkedIn with a request that was actually relevant to my professional background (unlike many of the requests from much larger expert networks). The team then booked me in for a consultation - they were on time, corteous, asked good questions which made the conversation interesting. After the consultation the formalities were handled quickly. I would definetely recommend.
