"User-Friendly Residential Proxies with Flexible Payment Options"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I've used their residential proxy service that is very user friendly and easy to connect/setup with extensive documentation to help integrate into any project. They also have a wide variety of payment/usage options to fit anyone's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Because it's so easy to use and accessible, I've found a decent number of IPs that have triggered anti-bot measures. It's easy enough to rotate to a new IP though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Proxy Service with Easy Setup and Stable Performance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The setup was straightforward, and the dashboard is easy to navigate.

The proxy performance has been stable, with good speed and a large IP pool.

Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Since I just started using Decodo, I haven't encountered any major issues so far.

If there is one area for improvement, it would be great to have more detailed tutorials and best practice guides for new users to help them get the most out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible IP Replacement Makes Decodo's ISP Proxy Easy to Manage"
4/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I am a user of Decodo's ISP proxy, i like the fact that i am able to change and or replace the ips of any proxy i have and at any particular time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The only issue that i have faced so far, is the fact that when you replace an IP instead of replacing on the same port it alters the port unless the ip you change was the last on your list of proxies. Otherwise all the ports get affected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Customer Support and High-Quality Proxies"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Very good customer support. I had a problem, and it got resolved almost immediately. Also the quality of the proxies are pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I initially wanted to use their mobile proxies, and it wasn't clear to me before i bought some, that a load of sites have been blacklisted on them. That led to some frustration on my end, but the problem got resolved to an extent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, High-Bandwidth Service with Fast Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Price is kinda cheap, they give very high bandwidth, support is quite fast compare to everyone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

They dont allow people to add their own id and password and give way too complicated password, this is a bottleneck when you try work in scale, also some bad ips are given rare but given and they dont give free replacement for those Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decodo Makes Setup and Integration Effortless with Great Residential IP Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

What I like most about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) is how easy it is to connect and integrate the services into my workflow. The setup process is straightforward, and the platform is very user-friendly, which saves a lot of time.

Another major advantage is the pricing for residential IPs. Compared to other providers I’ve tested, the cost-performance ratio is very good, especially for projects that require scalability and reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I experienced some issues after deleting a user account, as I was unable to configure it again properly afterward. The process was a bit confusing and could be improved to make user management more straightforward.

However, the support team was very responsive and helped me resolve the issue quickly, which made the overall experience much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Subscription Link with Low Node Risk Scores"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The node's subscription link is very convenient. At the same time, the given node IP's fraud value and risk value are basically all below 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The service provider, in order to ensure the security of a node, has made many classes of a financial payment website inaccessible, and our purchased ISP is also unable to access these websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Price and Fast Support, but Uptime and Transparency Really Need Improve"
3/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I like the simplicity, and the support, it was really fast and solve my problems. the ai chat solve solve me problems, the price was the most attractive part Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The uptime and lack of transparency. I’ve been here for even one month, and the database IP is that. I was trying to get an outage and stayed for a long time without any feedback, more than one with just the status investigating. It seems Decodo doesn’t care about uptime, my service went off. "Decodo Delivers Outstanding Support and Easy-to-Use Proxies"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Decodo has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Their AI assistant is very well trained and has helped me resolve numerous questions. For anything the AI couldn’t answer, I was transferred to a human agent within seconds. It has never taken longer than 30 seconds for me to reach human support, and they always seem to be available.

Decodo clearly puts the customer first. When I asked about getting a free extension on my subscription because I barely used it during the first month, they actually refunded the full amount for that month and let me renew for a whole month.

Their services are also very easy to use, and the API documentation is detailed and straightforward. Implementation was quick because I was able to use some of their code samples directly in my deployment. Decodo’s rotating datacenter proxies have integrated flawlessly into my projects, and setup is simple—just set port 10000 and they handle the rest. I also use Decodo’s proxies in my daily work with one of their static IPs, and it’s been great overall, with good ping and solid ease of use.

Decodo is overall a great value for money with their data and plan pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The only limitation I’ve personally run into is the limited range of available ports. That said, this feels completely reasonable, since almost every other proxy provider I’ve used has the same limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I like that Decodo offers plenty of features to suit your needs, and that they provide reliable service with a 99% request success rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The downside is that each service has its own plan. I wish my wallet could cover access to all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
